Dear @TheoAbuAgada, in your capacity as a communications representative of the party, I respectfully urge you to ensure that @NigeriaNDCHQ addresses the ongoing issue surrounding the party’s logo decisively.

With barely five months to the elections, there is already significant confusion at the grassroots. Candidates and supporters are uncertain about which logo to use on campaign materials, and this lack of clarity could affect the party’s cohesion, visibility and preparedness ahead of the elections.

You have repeatedly stated that the party’s supreme leader is an experienced politician. I therefore believe he fully understands the electoral and political implications of allowing this uncertainty to persist.

The party needs to issue an official communiqué to all state chapters and relevant stakeholders, clearly stating the party’s approved logo on @inecnigeria , and providing uniform guidance on its use.

At this critical stage, the party cannot afford avoidable confusion or mixed messaging. We are working toward victory, and every decision, including clarity around the party’s identity and campaign materials must reflect that commitment.

I sincerely hope the delay is not a sign that the party is unprepared or intentionally trying to sabotage our chances at winning. The NDC must act decisively to protect and strengthen its chances at the polls.

POV: Another phone call from the owner of the truck.

According to him, when the driver who was allegedly beaten yesterday arrived at the @FRSCNigeria office in Ojodu, he was asked to leave and told to bring the owner of the truck who posted the incident on social media. He also said they warned that the vehicle could be taken to court if the owner did not appear.

To all my X family, please help repost and retweet this so the appropriate authorities can look into the matter.

If these allegations are true, no driver or truck owner should be treated this way. Every Nigerian deserves to be treated with fairness, dignity, and according to the law.

Zenith Bank confirmed some customer contact details - emails and phone numbers - were accessed without authorization. That's the full scope. But here's the part everyone's skipping past...

NO money was touched. NO account numbers. NO passwords. NO PINs. Not one naira moved. This wasn't a breach of your funds - it was exposure of contact info, and that distinction matters a lot. Let me explain why.

This wasn't even a "Zenith-only" problem. The bank says it's linked to a bigger, global cyber-attack hitting multiple organizations right now. Nigeria's CAC, Sterling Bank, and Remita have all faced similar incidents this year. This is an industry-wide storm.

Zenith's Reaction:
The moment they discovered it, they activated incident response protocols, brought in cybersecurity measures, and kept every digital channel running. Your app, your ATM, your transfers, all working normally throughout.

Here's the only real risk now:
Scammers using this news to impersonate Zenith. If anyone calls or texts you, asking for your PIN, password, or OTP "to verify your account" - that is not the bank, that is a criminal. Zenith will NEVER ask for that.

Bottom line:
Your money is safe. Your login details are safe. The bank responded fast and has been transparent. Stay alert, ignore suspicious messages, and don't let panic do what the hackers couldn't.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of being the Guest Speaker at the Babcock International Model United Nations (BIMUN 26), held at Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, under the theme: “Better Together: A Decade of BIMUN Advancing the United Nations Vision for Peace, Development, and Human Rights.”

Before the students’ session, I had the pleasure of meeting with the University’s leadership, where we shared thoughts on the critical role of education in nation-building and sustainable development. I must commend the University’s management for their commitment to learning and excellence. I was truly impressed by the institution’s serene environment and the palpable culture of learning.

Engaging with these brilliant young minds on governance, leadership, human rights, the Sustainable Development Goals, and nation-building was both inspiring and reassuring. I reminded them that we must strive to build a society where the child of a nobody can become somebody without knowing anybody, a nation founded on merit, justice, equal opportunity, and strong institutions. Such a society can only be built through competent, compassionate, and character-driven leadership.

Africa has the world’s youngest population. If we are to build a more peaceful, prosperous, and equitable future, our young people cannot afford to remain on the sidelines. They must take a keener interest in leadership, governance, and active citizenship, because the future they desire is one they must help shape.

I remain confident that with the right leadership and an empowered youth population, we can build a nation that works for everyone.

While returning to Lagos, a
@FRSCNigeria vehicle reportedly hit his truck from behind. After the accident, the officers allegedly asked him to follow them to their office. On getting there, he was arrested, his phone was seized, and the video evidence of the incident was deleted.

What they didn't know was that the driver had already forwarded the video to his his boss the owner of the truck because he knew his rights.

Please help me repost this until it reaches the appropriate authorities. We are only asking for a fair and transparent investigation.
