When I become Member of Parliament in 2031 before I become president in 2036, I’ll move a motion to have the CDF chosen by the Army and not by the president as it is today.

This will help the individual in that position to serve without fear or favour of the commander in chief since his choice was on merit and not because the president wanted to reward him.

This will ensure all Ugandans are treated equally and allow for proper democratic governance in the country.
