Well! That's 4 hours I won't get back again thanks to @VodafoneUK 2 hours online,third chat agent asked same questions again, I gave up in frustration. Waited 1 hour in branch to be served, 1 hour after your sales app was down and could not order! Gave up - EE got biz in 15mins!
