@AutoInfatuation I've got an XK8 at the moment, I was tempted to sell it instead of the XFS. But a drive in the XK and I couldn't say goodbye.
Luckily I'm not in the UK at the moment or I'd be tempted to buy that off you!
@adrianfclarke My Capri was the first car I was properly attached to. I still miss it to this day. The only other car since is my XK8, which I've still got.
@emiratessupport I've landed in Seoul and due to delays on the flight from Dubai I have missed my connection. I was given 2 options. Wait overnight in airport or take an overnight bus to Busan!
@gymmaxxfit@LaCaroRosso Agreed. I put a shaker on my scales and weigh out 300g of unsweetened almond milk, and 2 scoops of protein. Shake. Chuck it in the creami pot and freeze. So easy. So simple. So tasty. How did you get on with the other flavours this last week?
@gymmaxxfit Last time I ordered I got 4 flavours, birthday cake made a really good ice cream, brownie batter was underwhelming in the creami but was good in some Fage. I've got some zero cal caramel sauce to chuck in with the sticky toffee, and the protein crunchies from Per4m are decent.
@DeanTTraining 300g unsweetened almond milk, 45g of Per4m brownie batter flavour whey protein. Taste was superb. Texture was spot on.
It's perfect for my calorie deficit and fits my macros incredibly well.
I've got my meals prepped and ready to go. The cut is going well!
@DeanTTraining I work at sea, with some incredibly poor food. Itโs oilier than the Alaskan coast after the Exxon Valdez. Nutritional value of the food is nil. Iโve been going into the galley and preparing my own dog food. Some days I get ground beef (really poor quality beef), some days chicken
@anymanfitness Iโve been running PPL this voyage but I think Iโm going to go back to 2 set RPT. I got strong quickly with that, and it was bloody enjoyable.
On the night of December 25, the 300 meter long, 110525 dwt container ship CMA CGM Niagara collided with the barge Harbour Jupiter in the Strait of Malacca. The container ship had lost control and veered towards the barge.
Last night over northern Canada, the sky decided to put on a show.
As we approached Fort Chipewyan, the darkness ahead began to move, curtains of green light folding, stretching, and reshaping themselves across the night sky. Not flashes. Not streaks. A slow, deliberate dance, as if the planet itself was breathing.
Fort Chipewyan is one of those places most maps barely acknowledge. Remote, resilient, and historically significant, it sits on the western edge of Lake Athabasca and is one of Albertaโs oldest permanent settlements. Long before flight plans and great circles, it was a hub for Indigenous communities and early fur traders, a reminder that isolation doesnโt mean insignificance.
The lights above us were born far from there. Charged particles from the Sun collide with Earthโs magnetic field and are funnelled toward the poles, where they excite gases high in the atmosphere. Oxygen glows green. Nitrogen adds hints of red and purple. Space weather, made visible.
From the flight deck, itโs a rare alignment: clear skies, the right latitude, solar activity playing nicely, and suddenly youโre watching physics, geography, and history share the same moment.
Ice roads and trails trace patience below.
Airways thread precision above.
And sometimes, if youโre lucky, the universe leans in and reminds you how small, and how connected, everything really is.
Not a bad view en route to #Vancouver
