I think the Kenyan form of government need to be improved and become a but smaller. The president should have the power than it is now.
Also @WilliamsRuto should go after those who are responsible for the unfinished projects of President Uhuru.
@halleberry in my tribe, when someone speaks or asks about your age, we remind them you're not your age but your energy.
If you have good energy you'll live your life to the fullest.
And if you have bad energy or think or speak of your age, you'll have limitations and pain. 🫶🏽
Kabarnet is named after this guy. His name was Albert Edmund Barnett, an Australian missionary who came to Kenya in 1907. The relationship between his family, who still live in Kenya, and the Moi's go deep as shown in this article. https://t.co/VIFJmlBL5t
@lyft your customer care is awful. I'm locked out of my office for 2hrs now and still no feedback from your customer care or driver who's number is nit even functioning. Can I talk to a human?
@WilliamsMkenya@WilliamsRuto please build more prisons. If people dont want to be part of society put them where you can make them build roads for society. Enough with these mad protesters.
@FlyFrontier then they want to charge me to rebook a flight after all that awfulness they just treated me & about 9 other people. Just booked with @Delta I'd rather be treated like a human being and not like a donkey.
Seriously theres women& children waiting in line for 30min
Never flying @FlyFrontier again. The agents at ATL are the rudest, laziest and slowest. Why take 45min to check in while ya'll just talking to each other? Missed my flight cause ATL TSA also sucks. Made it to the gate Frontier says go back to check-in. another hr again. 😡
Love this from @EilishMccolgan proper ballsy (I know that seems inappropriate, but it was the first word that came into my head 🤦🏼♂️)

🗣️ "There’s no scientific thing that I’m going off of. I hate to call it common sense, but it’s like you run further, you run more, and you’re able to run faster. I know a lot of people disagree with that because it’s so atypical. I guess to answer your question, I’m not really comparing myself necessarily to anyone in particular or any training style. I think that’s what makes it special almost: That it’s sort of unique to me."
LA Marathon champion and 2:07:56 marathoner Matthew Richtman joins us to formally introduce himself to the running world after the breakthrough run.
Matt shares insights into his fearless move in the race that had him pull away decisively, why he’s got a traditional and “old-school” approach to training, signing with Asics and how it feels to be part of the next generation pushing U.S. marathoning forward.
Plus: We make sense of his Strava — which includes some unique runs, art and some context on where he made gains in training.
