@EE I was told at the beginning of the call that they were recorded. So the call log should be available to see I was told I could have that particular deal if I waited 20 days. I’m really disappointed with the service
Called @EE 2 week ago to end contract, found a cheaper deal, they said they’d match it but there’s an upgrade fee unless I wait 20 days, I wait then ring up and now I can’t have that deal I was told I could have. Load of crap 😞
@EE I’m paying £60 a month for an iPhone 7 that’s charge lasts about an hour. I think I would rather just pay to leave my contract now and go elsewhere than pay more than I am now and an upfront fee.
@EE Just that they couldn’t give me the deal I was promised 3 weeks ago whilst on the phone. The first advisor told me they would save the new plan and all I had to do was call up in 20 days
@EE Yeah it’s more the fact I was given wrong info. I was told a few weeks ago I can upgrade early to xr for 44 a month and that early upgrade fee would be scrapped if I wait 20 days. I did advisor told me she had saved it all on my details. Ring back today, they can’t give me it
Today was a reminder that no matter how excited you feel, something always comes along to BALLS IT UP! Hoping patience eventually wears off cos at the mo I wouldn’t be surprised if there was more bad luck 😑
