Good to be here at Hampden this morning at the Police Scotland and Papyrus event, sharing the availability of online mental health support via https://t.co/fT7m4XeHem across many areas of Scotland #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
Kooth online mental health support is now available to children and young people in 13 LA areas in Scotland (and continues to be available in many other parts of the UK) and we are now also delivering our service to adults in Clackmannanshire & Western Isles
Today marks the 4 year anniversary of Kooth launching in Scotland. We are so grateful to our first commissioners in Aberdeenshire and Scottish Borders who saw the value in providing anonymous, easy access to online mental health support.
Dydd Gลตyl Dewi Sant Hapus! I'm a bit late this year but I hope all my Welsh friends and colleagues had a good day on Saturday. Please enjoy this video with the SOUND ON in order to hear the lovely sounds of the Welsh language #kooth#MentalHealth
Great work from my colleague who is also called Kerry ๐ Kerry has been really busy in recent weeks talking to hundreds of pupils, teachers, health professionals to make sure as many people as possible know about our mental health support.
S5 and S6 received an input today from Kerry from @kooth_plc
She provided an overview of the mental health support available from Kooth and strategies to support exam stress. Thank you, Kerry!

Our new data mapping tool exposes the stark disparities in young people's mental health across the UK & between local areas.
With levels of mental health problems among children rising rapidly, it's vital Government acts now to turn this around ๐๐งต

This World Suicide Prevention Day our team is starting a 30 day challenge walking 1158 Km, thatโs one Km for each life lost to suicide where our team works https://t.co/3pv0xFmvqW
Our wee walking challenge finished yesterday and I'm pleased to say that in the 30 days between World Suicide Prevention Day and World Mental Health Day we have completed our target of 1158 kms walked
Getting out walking every single day consistently before and after work to get the kms in has been harder than I thought so I'd like to thank the team for convincing me that we should do kms rather than miles ๐
Our wee team is just over half way through our 30 day walking challenge, walking 1158 kms in memory of the 1158 lives lost to suicide in the last 12 months across Scotland, Wales and Isle of Man. Please donate if you can https://t.co/jNTLZC1jFd

@GregorWell @sogalo So sorry to hear this Nigel. He leaves a great legacy and so many people who loved and admired him. Thinking of you and the whole family x
I urge us all to keep safe. It's incredibly difficult to know the best thing to do right now. I know that many of us are really scared for our own safety for that of people that we know, but also for people who we don't know. We will get through this, we are stronger together โ๐พ
Congratulations to everyone receiving their exam results today in Scotland! ๐
