@optus has an NBN $70/month plan that is month to month and a $70/month plan that is for 24 months. They say there is no difference except that the second plan has a huge early termination fee. Guess which they put you on by default if you are not clear enough when signing up?🤨

@Optus When it is your older in-laws who might not have understood, this doesn’t help now. Now they have a $300 fee to pay. Still not sure why you put people on a contract when the month to month is much better for them. Seems like you just want to lock people in.
