@NCBABankKenya and @NCBALoop you are becoming a huge inconvenience! You can’t keep messing up customer transactions and keep blaming it on ‘system issues’!! If you bit much more than your system can chew, then give it up than keep inconveniencing customers!

Your systems team seems unable to handle their role, and are inconveniencing clients a great deal, or your digital banking team is just not up to task and keep blaming it on the system. Whichever way, your formerly solid digital banking reputation is quickly eroding.
