हिमाचल प्रदेश में अब टॉयलेट सीट पर भी लोगों को टैक्स अदा करना होगा. प्रदेश की सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू सरकार ने इस संबंध में फैसला लिया है. पहाड़ी राज्य में रहने वाले लोगों पर अब उनके घरों में शौचालय सीटों की संख्या के आधार पर टैक्स लगाया जाएगा. शहरी क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों के घरों में बने टॉयलेट सीट के लिए 25 रुपये का शुल्क देना होगा. सीवरेज बिल के साथ यह अतिरिक्त शुल्क जल शक्ति विभाग के खाते में ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाएगा.
