I took a visit to Ireland’s first ‘disposal cup free town’ to see how the @2GoCup_org scheme is working out.

On July 31st, Killarney became the first Irish town to ban disposable coffee cups!​

Customers pay a €2 deposit for a @2GoCup_org which is returnable in 350 Irish locations. ​

In Ireland, we throw away about 200 million cups each year. If Killarney can do it, any town can!
