@boxcryptor @Dropbox I use(d) Boxcryptor so I had a choice of cloud storage providers. Your communication isn't clear, but it seems that your IP sale to Dropbox means that Boxcryptor itself goes away, but Dropbox will now have e2e encryption. So, I become limited to using Dropbox? Forget that.

@kapeli So glad I tried v5 before blindly upgrading. I'll be staying with v4. The new UI is just terrible. Others have already detailed the problems. I hope v6 considers the feedback.

@arqbackup I blindly upgraded to v6 based on years of good experience with Arq. What a mistake. My AWS backup fails and v6 functionality is dumbed-down compared to v5. I should have waited and read some of the on-line feedback before upgrading.
