@airindia My flight was changed, by you, for the 8th. Under the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR) Section 3, Air India is legally obligated to provide "Duty of Care" because alternative flight is a week away. I'm asking what the claim process is
