The utility of this across industries seems more horizontal to me. There's also future horizontal expansion to more functions beyond sales. If you change the object/record labels, you could have a service agent. Similar to how Salesforce adjusts their data model to each industry cloud. I'm sure Benioff is seething at OpenAI more than he already is.

1) Doubling Claude Code’s 5-hour rate limits for Pro, Max, and Team plans;

People aren't talking about Claude Design enough. Was talking to my cofounder about a better way to view our customer health. He went and put this mockup together the same day, and it should be live by tomorrow. We are living in an insane timeline

@_CallMeMacy I think it’s even easier to just use Claude Code as a CRM. Setup a data model that you need and a file system of .md files. Recently setup an mcp so I can connect it to Claude to render live artifacts so I don’t have to worry about a UI anymore for my cofounder
