@MartinSLewis - @santanderuk have rejected my bank account switch bonus claiming my DD’s aren’t on their eligible “list”. One DD is a payment to my local council and the other is the @PostcodeLottery. Have you heard of such an issue?

@santanderuk Thanks for the quick reply. I followed the link through @MoneySavingExp and the only information at the time of the switch was 2 DD’s; there wasn’t an eligible list provided to check over. Poor form I’m afraid.
