Bro, I went to school for law. I loved art as a kid but my ppl told me it didn’t pay the bills. I deadass quit art altogether for like a decade. And now it pays my bills and puts me in rooms I never dreamt of. Grateful.
One of the most surprising things I’ve learned about men is how many of them spend their life looking for a leader to follow (often blindly) and/or someone to tell them what to do AND how they absolve themselves of responsibility for their actions due to lacking leadership.
y’all really hate Black youth. y’all have spun the block & turned y’all selves into the old ass uncles & aunties that you used to hate growing up, you have literally become that. this shift to conservatism is not lost on me, at all lol.
It's completely unnecessary to destroy books when machines like this exist.
This book scanner by Treventus for example, can scan fragile books without destroying it.
1) Because it has zero bearing on your ability to learn. Zero.
2) They start with bonnets, and next thing you know they're telling you can't wear certain types of clothes, either.
3) And because historically when you start policing people's clothes, you start to unnecessarily police other things as it pertains to their bodies, too. It is a slippery slope.
Most importantly, it is rooted in white supremacist ideals around how Black people should "present" themselves in public in order to be deemed worthy of respect.
and why are yall acting like black college students are stupid? WHY WOULD SOMEBODY WEAR A BONNET TO THEIR PEOFESSIONAL JOB? don’t piss me off dawg. lmao
Such a stupid statement. You’re acting as if tenants dwell in these residences free of charge. We PAY every month to access shelter that includes access to the floor, switches, toilets, and kitchen. You are greedy that’s the problem.
Imagine announcing you’re going fully digital and while the world still hates you for it, your platform goes down for hours… rendering all digital games useless 😭
i love declining cookies. i love telling TSA agents i do not consent to having my photo taken. i love pretending i have any agency over the countless tiny ways i am surveilled every single moment of every single day
