Even if an error, "incompetence" is harsh in the extreme. We're all just trying to do our best in increasingly difficult circumstances and sometimes people make mistakes.

@neilsnds Probably, but could just be incompetence. I've got two cases tomorrow with zero chance of prison in either and neither are on the court list! Although mine is a mags where the lists are thoroughly unreliable.
