For 3 years, President Ilham #Aliyev has served as an instrument in #Putin's hybrid war against #Armenia. Azerbaijan's military attacks and occupation of Armenian territories were supported by Russia. This is why Russia and the #CSTO refused to fulfill their security obligations towards Armenia and Nagorno #Karabakh.

Due to Russia, there are no longer Armenians in #NagornoKarabakh, and Armenia is in danger. By "aligning" with #Russia, Armenia was left alone against Azerbaijani-Russian #attacks.

However, thanks to the resistance of the Armenian Army and political/diplomatic support from the #USA, #France, and the #EU, Armenia persevered. Armenia successfully prevented Aliyev and #Putin from establishing a corridor that could bypass Western sanctions through #Turkey and Azerbaijan. Despite international pressure, Azerbaijan conducted ethnic cleansing in Nagorno Karabakh with Russia's assistance.

The President of #Azerbaijan recently expressed a preference for Russia's negotiation format, raising doubts about the chances of reaching a peace treaty and increasing the risk of a new #war. Armenia is unlikely to participate in #Moscow negotiations, it Baku may interpret as destructive and prompt an attack.

It's possible that Azerbaijan, with Russia's support, will continue its policy of military attacks against Armenia in the near future. The choice of Armenian citizens to develop #democracy and deepen cooperation with the #West poses a danger to the dictatorial regimes of Russia, Azerbaijan, #Turkey, and #Iran.

This implies that the goal of pushing the West out of the region by oppressing Armenia. Azerbaijan further bolsters Russia's influence in the region. Even after the removal of 100,000 Armenians from Nagorno Karabakh, Azerbaijan doesn't demand the withdrawal of #Russian troops.

The US, EU, France, and Western countries should enhance Armenia's security and defense capabilities. This is the real tool that will enable the preservation of Armenia's democracy and strengthen the West's presence in the #SouthCaucasus.

BREAKING: The Dutch Parliament passed two proposals by an overwhelming majority: one regarding military support for Armenia and the other concerning ethnic cleansing in Artsakh.

In the military support proposal, the Parliament noted that after the attack on Artsakh by Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan announced an attack on Armenia.

The legislative body of the Netherlands requested the government to urge other EU member states to respond positively to a potential request for military assistance from Armenia.

Regarding the second point - in accordance with the UN's definition of ethnic cleansing, the Parliament asked the government to determine whether the deportation of Armenians from Artsakh falls under the definition of ethnic cleansing after a 9-month blockade and attack on the territory of Artsakh.

BREAKING: On October 13, another shipment of weaponry from Israel landed in Azerbaijan.

Despite the war on its own territory, Israel continues to send military weapons and equipment to Azerbaijan.

Over the past 2 months, Silk Way Airlines-operated aircraft, particularly the Il-76TD with registration 4K-AZ40, has completed four flights. Notably, two of these flights ended in Gandzak (Ganja), near occupied Artsakh. Silk Way Airlines has gained notoriety for its role in transporting weaponry from Israel to Azerbaijan.

The frequent transportation of new weaponry strongly suggests that Azerbaijan is preparing for potential military activities, especially considering Silk Way Airlines' history of transporting arms from Israel to Azerbaijan.
