Got it, but if you can serve 10x the tokens you can theoretically serve a much larger model, and a much larger model would more than likely generate more revenue (how much more is tbd). And if the api layer generates more revenue I would assume the hyperscalers and neoclouds would get their fair share, no?

Also for instance does Ai work like this,

Lets say it’s a blind test and people don’t have eachothers information

1.) model is slightly smarter 200 iq but very expensive

2.) the other model is 180 iq and twice as cheap

Which model generates more revenue, and is there an economic principle in history we can look too?

We just need to see them monetizing at a higher $/MW, xAi is setting the precedent for sure with 30/50m/ mw, so seeing IREN inch closer to that will determine the violence of said rerating.

Not to be too bullish but we are in a multiple compressed market anyway, interest rates near decade highs no rate cut in sight.

If we start easing inflation & signaling rate cuts multiples expand naturally which disproportionately helps high beta growth names, so it could be at the higher end of 10 p/s

Also who knows what multiple the market will assign to IREN,

their cost of energy is fundamentally cheaper meaning higher net income. With ‘Grok bot’ we see the importance of containerization as it pertains to agents which is something that Mirantis directly allows for.

Plus as this thesis plays out they may recieve a higher multiple for their other secured sites 🤷🏼

How can you believe in free markets, EXCEPT for in this instance? As a consequence of political intervention (not letting the free market play) they had to raise minimum wage.

This is like, introducing a new species into an enviroment in order to kill mosquitoes, then they kill bees then bees do not pollinate (just a hypothetical example)

So raising minimum wage as a consequence of other regulations does not therefore equal “the free market didn’t work on this instance” it was a second order affect brought on by socialist policies

Robots are made of matter, chips are what make the robots animated.

Ai is represented physically by matter, chips are what allow for ‘thoughtful’ answers.

Roombas clean my carpet because of a chip, without the chip the roomba doesn’t work, therefore it doesn’t animate then clean my carpet isn’t cleaned.

Regardless HBM3e and HBM4 is stacked vertically because if not the silicon beneath it would be too large in proportion to the rest of the compute die. Since they have to stack vertically the yield drops at each level, since HBM takes 3x the silicon as standard DRAM there is a shortage regardless @grok reason check me
