Infosys - ITR utilities couldn't be released

FM : Date extended to 15.09.2025

CA's & Tax Professionals : Portal isn't working, couldn't download AIS, multiple error while login & filling.

FM : Utilities are already released, we had already extended the date to 15.09.2025 when we couldn't release the Utility.

CA's & Tax Professionals: But the portal isn't responding how can we file ITR, we are facing issues. Lakhs of professional manhours are being wasted.

Why there is Holiday for income tax department ??

If Professional can work on saturday sunday then Ofiicers can also do work for faster processing of return and issuing refund.
