@B2BMikeW@ojaxx2@TUIUK Read my commment again, it wasn’t about expecting a refund from TUI, that is for my travel insurance to resolve. The point I was making was the complete lack of empathy shown by @TUIUK staff when advising of a family emergency that causes you to cancel.
@OctopusEnergy switched to IOG and I have linked my EV to the app. I scheduled a charge last night, which appears to have failed. I’m not sure whether the charger is trying to override the Octopus schedule and could do with some help please.
