Deputy President Prof. Kithure Kindiki @_KithureKindiki today received and welcomed leaders and supporters who defected to the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Party in Maralal, Samburu County.

The DP said Kenya's transformation depends on ensuring that development reaches every part of the country and that every citizen has a meaningful stake in the nation's progress.

He said the growing support for UDA reflects confidence in the party's leadership and the Kenya Kwanza Administration's record of delivery. The DP noted that the Government is implementing projects across the country, including roads, electricity, water, markets, schools, healthcare and programmes that support enterprise, create jobs and improve livelihoods, while ensuring that previously underserved areas receive their fair share of development.

Welcoming the new members to the UDA family, the DP said their decision strengthens the party's resolve to build a united, inclusive and prosperous Kenya. He called on them to work together in advancing an agenda anchored on service, opportunity and development for every Kenyan.
