Bruce Harrell

Just your average hard-working TCU fan trying to brainwash my kids to keep up the TCU tradition. Ribbit - we mean it.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@BuzzPatterson This is a complicated issue Buzz. If you take a car to your mechanic for a tire rotation, and then they say hey we noticed your brakes needed to be replaced so we did that too. Would you force them to take 50% off for the work they did?

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@Ricky_Froggy I like the sound of Faulkner’s Frogs. Has a ring to it. Kind of like Buster MF Faulkner.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@StevenMJohnson_ Just this season? We haven’t played to standard since ‘22-23, a team with many GP recruits and leadership ON the field. What is different? Sonny has had full control of recruitment for the last 4 seasons. This is HIS team. Poor assessment/execution of talent, which is all on him

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@MacEngelProf TCU will be fortunate to win another game! The rest of the schedule is looking rather tough if you can’t handle UCF with a backup QB. We are done! And hopefully, so is Sonny’s tenure as HC of the Frogs.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@MADEMan39 The problem is a head coach who recognizes nothing but a “good week of practice” so he can’t fix a discipline problem leading to too many penalties and turnovers. Sonny has to go! He wasn’t wanted in the first place!!

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@Jdandress11 Looking at our schedule ahead, we MAY beat Kansas. Imagine such coaching mastery! A 3 win season with wins against powerhouses Grambling State, Arkansas State, and Kansas! Truly amazing! Great weeks of practice abound!

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@toocoldTCU No. This is one of my biggest disappointments with Sonny. I’ve rarely see him engage players on the sideline during a game. He’s more interested in yelling at the refs.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@MandoFrog @TCUFootball @TCU_Athletics @TCU @Buddie52 In the era of the transfer portal, why deploy capital if you were considering a coaching change? I wouldn’t spend money on players Sonny values IF the long game is to get rid of Sonny. There is no program loyalty anymore. It’s depressing, but it’s pro FB at the College level.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@TcuScouting @CoachSonnyDykes Meanwhile…. USC beating San Jose State 28-0. At least Coach GP is having a day.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@BarstoolTCU Also think Frogs might not get so many damn penalties if Sonny stopped jawboning the Refs ears constantly. Dude. Let up. Your guys DO make a lot of mistakes at times! Maybe coach better!

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@BarstoolTCU Defense did their job. Payne looked good at times. Two made FGs instead of weak AF 4th down attempts wins this ball game. Sonny again overestimates his talent. Going to be another long year in Cowtown.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@Gollumgram Sar-Hooman

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@GuntherEagleman When you realize leaders on the left like Walz and Frey are purposefully riling up their gullible base to be sacrificial lambs interfering with legal law enforcement activities to further their own agenda, you should understand just how morally corrupt these people are.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@secnumbersguy Oh. Was Penn State not ranked #3 when Oregon played them?? Hmmm. Are you thinking more about A&M that had one top 10 win against a #8 Notre Dame that was so traumatized about not being picked, they left the party early? A&M was a fraud more than Oregon.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@secnumbersguy Get over yourself. It’s called Parity. Now that all teams can participate in pay-to-play, maybe team chemistry and coaching is more important than throwing together a bunch of five stars and thinking that’s all it takes. SEC was over rated all year.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@NoDMsPerfavore College Football Playoffs.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@RGIII Records should still matter. A 3 loss Alabama team should not be the 5th SEC team in a 12 field playoff. SEC record against other Power 4 was 12-14, 46%. A 2 loss team like ND and BYU deserved that spot.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@RGIII No justification that BYU should not be in with 2 losses to a top 10 team over a 3 loss Texas team.

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@NFLHitman33 Keep in mind, this was after the interception where he also did not reach out for the ball to make the catch and Dak was talking to him on the bench to simply reach out and catch the ball to prevent the interception. Sour grapes??

[Bruce Harrell @KillerFrog95]

@StevenMJohnson_ Most of the season was average play beating teams we should beat. The ISU loss coming off a bye week and the ASU loss stand out as just poor performances. C- . Hoping Art entices his son to join him in the Enchanted Land.
