#IOELectures @edmmills #WeAreIOE Such an opportunity to reflect on the teaching profession I still feel I belong to. Simplifying the work whether by politicians or leaders in schools disrespects teachers. Teacher training may be 'simplified' but Teacher Education is empowering.
