I wanted to take some time today to say a few words to all of you about what I consider to be the greatest threat facing our country and all of humanity. Failure to act will doom future generations to an increasingly unhealthy and uncertain future.
An amazing Job opportunity @ESHTNHS The TRiM Co-ordinator will work alongside the TRiM Project Lead to further develop, promote and embed TRiM into the organisation. TRiM is a means of supporting staff following a Potentially Traumatic Experience (PTE).

Powerful round with lots of different emotions. Thanks so much to the storytellers and the audience who were all inspiring. A pleasure to facilitate with Farida. @FMKB10@PointofCareFdn

Some photos from another recent litter pick. There were especially a lot of takeaway cups, bottles and plastic food containers on Brede Hill, dropped by passing cars- please take your rubbish home rather than spoiling the paths and countryside!
Photos from another litter pick - lots was collected including at least 2 face masks and a packet from last October. It was disappointing though to walk back past a spot I had just covered to see new litter, so please don’t drop it but take it home!🌿#Litter
During January and early February I didn’t go litter picking, as Covid-19 cases were so high and I felt it unsafe to do so. As cases are at a safer level, I have started to go out weekly again - I will be wearing a mask and gloves and will dispose of the rubbish carefully😊

A really chilly day yesterday whilst I did a litter pick but it was great not to see that much rubbish out, so it didn’t take very long! It was good to get out in the fresh air.
We must learn that humanity is one big family. We’re all brothers and sisters: physically, mentally and emotionally the same. But we still focus far too much on differences instead of what we have in common. After all, every one of us is born the same way and dies the same way.
We can no longer keep exploiting the resources of this earth-the trees, the water and the minerals-without any care for the coming generations. It is common sense that we cannot survive if we keep working against nature. We must learn to live in harmony with nature.
The beginning of the end for hunting. In response to the "smokescreen" webinars Peterborough becomes the first council to ban hunting. Good work. Now it is time for others to join the campaign to end this barbaric activity. @LeagueACS@ChrisGPackham@MeganMcCubbin @rupertevelyn
Why not start a conversation with a loved one, friend, or colleague this week- ask them how they are doing and offer them that listening ear, should they need it.
