Dear @sainsburys Last week Friday I had an online shop delivered that was missing all of my frozen items. After being on hold for 30min I asked for a refund that they said would be refunded between 3-5 business days. I still have not received my refund 🤷🏻‍♀️ #poorcustomerservice
