@premierinn promised me a refund on 8th Oct after a stay with a dirty bathroom & still not received it! Now Daniel at Tower Hill premier inn hub is ignoring my emails now I’ve asked to see evidence that it has been refunded…not refunded to me! Absolute rubbish customer service!
