@CSullivanCSP Hi Claire, we've had a non consolidated payment of 2% of our 22/23 salary but that means the 2% isn't being reflected in my maternity pay which is based on last year's salary. Was maternity pay considered? I can't find anything on it online

@Jacquih0lmes @betterageing I 100% agree with consistent education with understanding of the harm caused. I'm very interested in trusts where there's a process of datix after a number of days in bed. Gives data and action plans etc to guide education

@Jacquih0lmes @betterageing As a physio, I see it's purpose and how you are encouraging team working. As a WM I see another form being presented to me for my staff to complete every time we move a patient. How are the busy RNs and HCAs being engaged in this? And empowered to reduce HAFDs?
