Don't have the best photos to showcase the results as he's pretty self concious but he was nice enough to let me share this.

He started his journey about a 1.5 years before working with me. He was able to knock off about 15 lbs before meeting me. Couple weeks to mindset, nutrition and exercise and things excelerated quote a bit.
This dude is ALWAYS on the road as whe works for a staging company they sets up infrastructure for festivals. Tough job! But he gets it done anyway.

Saturday is the day my band Dark Signal would play if we happen to win the Twitch contest this Sunday.

If you want to help us win this thing, it's super easy. 👇

1. If you dont have a Twitch account, create one. Very fast and easy to do so.

2. Go to https://t.co/YuKyb9SKSE and follow the page by clicking on the heart icon. This unlocks your ability to vote in the contest.

3. Go back to that same page this Sunday at 3:30pm pacific time where they will be live streaming the contest. There are three brackets left so there is potential to vote 3 different times for us.

The battle consists of bands going head to head with music videos. After you watch both music videos, you'll habe the opportunity to vote for which band you want to advance. Assuming we make it to through the final bracket, you'll need to vote for 3 different videos of ours this sunday.

We have submitted an unreleased track for the final round. So everyone in the stream will get exclusive first listen to that.
