@MTNza, what rubbish is this. I'm trying to opt out of your marketing. And I'm told to dial *135# and when I do. I get to this screen and I'M NOT GIVEN THE OPTION TO OPT OUT. That's contrary to POPI.
@Rb__sa@FNBSA is doing this to customers who don't check their accounts as closely as I do and are hoping that nobody notices. How can you just impose a fee without my acknowledgement or say so. This should not be legal.
@FNBSA your bank charges are honestly bordering on fraud. How can you charge me an Unpaid fee for a transaction that went through while I had the available funds as per YOUR app.
@Rb__sa but that is NOT what is happening. I had sufficient available funds when the transaction was processed. I just took one of your staff through and they agreed and are getting it reversed. My bigger concern is that @FNBSA is doing this to millions of its customers.

Why is @StandardBankZA charging me double fees for the same transaction. That is borderline fraud. Sure they are hoping no one will notice because it's a small amount. Banking ombudsman should know about this.

Hi @wendyknowler, Have you ever done a show dealing abt these funeral and life coverr providers. the pain and trauma of dealing with these companies like @StandardBankZA who are happy to sell you cover and take your premiums but won't even communicate with you at claim time.
