@usbank @Ankh1050 I have been a US Bank customer for over 20 years but suddenly the website doesn't know my home address or email address. I guess that's why I can't get a authentication code to my email. When I try to update my email and home address it never sends a code to my phone.

@usbank @Ankh1050 Has the USBank website been hacked? I am no longer asked my security questions which assured me I was on the legit US Bank website. I am forced to use 2 step authentication even when I turned the option off, so I can't access my money or pay bills if my phone is lost or stolen.
