More than 115 young and beginning producers joined us in Kearney last week for our Side by Side conference. Over the course of two days, attendees spent time honing their financial skills and building valuable relationships with their peers.

Each attendee was challenged to better understand their "why." 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘱? 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘳𝘶𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘺? Understanding why something is done can often provide additional insight into how to best complete a task or goal.

Higher interest rates have not yet resulted in lower prices for farmland in our region @KansasCityFed. Farmland values were up almost 8% from a year ago as of June.
