@Neon_Switch_@Concern Hi Shola, not right now in South Sudan. Drought can definitely be a problem in the area but unfortunately with the way the climate is now it tends to swing wildly from drought to flood. There are very few 'normal' years anymore.
Not getting any attention, but South Sudan is experiencing the worst flooding in 50+ years. 600k displaced. Saw IDP settings with thousands of people and not a single latrine or water point, entire year's planting wiped out. @concern
