AIBOA was forcibly kept out of the UFBU because its leadership kept raising the high-handedness of the so-called majority unions. The UFBU has since narrowed into a selected few, with little room for any other voice. Officers’ unions have gone quiet and are no longer pressing officers’ welfare. AIBOA’s leadership is now openly criticising that closed setup, which is why its stand reads as the clearer one.

Because of that same leadership, Special Pay is still not merged into basic pay. Any later merger on the LIC pattern will also hit pension.

Further ... we all aware that Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Bandlish, the then UFBU convener, has faced severe criticism after documents showed that ₹5,73,59,189 (₹5.73 crore) was spent by bank unions around his retirement.

My Federation AIPNBOF do not take levy from its members salary arrears since 2012 joint note which happened in 2015 and I am GS since March 2015 .
So for 3 settlement no levy and for this I have to face a lot of trouble from my Apex association AIBOA which we left after 27 sep when 3 days strike was called off.

All SBI employees are not the same.
