As part of my routine, Friday is one of the days I dedicate to working out. Today here in Germany, I chose to wear a jersey gifted to me by the @MuteesaIRoyal University football team (The Lions) after winning the University League competition. 🦁⚽

I chose this shirt to send a message to the youth, especially students and footballers, about the importance of staying physically active and keeping our bodies fit through regular exercise. 💪🏾
