Friends, we did it. Supportive housing at W8th and Arbutus passes. It shouldn't have taken this long, but all of those who showed up made a difference. After a painful process, the City has approved 129 new homes for unhoused neighbours. Thank you.

Council approved the rezoning last August; a lawsuit was filed in October.

Leases on over 600 temporary modular housing units in Vancouver to expire this year. If these aren’t renewed residents of those buildings could take up all the new shelter rate social housing planned for next 3-5 years. No homeless reduction @JenStDen @christineeboyle
