@drkasenene Some of these suggestions are clearly not applicable. We need real food boss. I tried this veggie diet and gave up because of constant hunger and frequent headaches. Anger cripped in as you know the saying “a hungry man is an angry man”

I have learned to eat vegetables, I don't eat beyond 7pm and I sleep better, no more indigestion. I have my breakfast at 10am.

@drkasenene I have embraced eating vegetables and I am proud of myself. My kids eat them too. Not eating after 7pm and having breakfast at around 10am.
