@att is pro #elderfraud. They have repeatedly allowed scammers into our family's account and just ported my parents 30+ year phone# to an identity thief in spite of being notified before it was completed. @FBI needs to arrest their so called "fraud dept" bc they CAUSE fraud.

@ATT is the WORST company. They are supposed to have a fraud lock on our account- not only has their fraud dept not contacted us in 2 weeks but this morning they let scammers go in and change all of our info right down to our pin. If you have any option besides them use it.
