Ayan, have some shame. Anamitra Ray's harassment complaints to IISER Kolkata's Anti-Ragging Cell went unanswered before he died by suicide. YOU chaired that committee; the supervisor, Anamitra complained against was, umm, your wife :-) (1/2)
Madam is shamika ravi

🚨#IMPORTANTSTATEMENT
Students and protesters in Odisha have been sitting on the road for 33 days.
Activist Akshaya Kumar ji, aged 61, has been on hunger strike for 16 days. They are protesting against irregularities involving ₹380 crore in textbook printing and demanding accountability, including the resignation of Odisha Education Minister Nityananda Gonde.
Tomorrow, they will take out a peaceful march to the Assembly.
The Cockroach Janta Party stands in solidarity with them. We support the democratic right of citizens to peacefully protest and demand accountability from those holding positions of power.
A state government cannot respond to a 33-day protest with such ARROGANCE and indifference. Whatever its position on the protesters’ demands, the very least any government OUGHT TO DO is engage with them, listen to them and hold a meaningful dialogue.
33 days on the road should not be required simply to make a government listen. Accountability should be fixed immediately. The CJP will ensure its support to make this happen.
@Cockroachisback
#Today, I am in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, to meet protesters and those on hunger strike under the banner of ‘Nabnirman Yuva Chhatra Sangathan’ protesting against school textbook irregularities. Joining me is Balkrishna Shukla, our Jt. Secretary Organisation and members of Odisha CJP.

@help_delhivery My parcel was returned on 26 Aug, yet I still haven’t received my refund. Holding a customer’s money for weeks is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to chase you for their own money. Refund it immediately. Worst service ever. @delhivery
The @Flipkart drama continues, I again get a call telling me I have not uploaded the images of product for complaint resolution , but I have done it 7 times already. Screenshot of my emails sent below. @flipkartsupport seems to be hell bent on harassment instead of help
From 20th to 26th August, @delhivery held my parcel only to return it and ruin my Rakhi. The only thing worse than your courier service is your customer care service. Absolutely incompetent. Process my refund immediately! @delhivery@jagograhakjago@help_delhivery#WorstService
I was informed yesterday that my parcel, which has been with you since 20th Aug cannt b sent & will now be returned. Your delay already caused my parcel to miss reaching Mumbai before Rakhi its extremely frustrating that even after deciding to return it, I have still not revd it
My Rakhi parcel for Mumbai has been stuck at Cuttack for 2 days despite delivery promised by 24 Aug. It must reach before 27 Aug. No help received from customer care. Please provide the current status and dispatch update urgently. #unacceptable.@help_delhivery@jagograhakjago
What shitty service is this? U kept my parcel for 2 full days & now you’re telling me it won’t be dispatched & will be returned tomorrow. Tomorrow is Sunday, the 23rd. How the hell am I supposed to get it to Mumbai by the 27th? @help_delhivery@jagograhakjago

I am experiencing a severe service delay. One consignment is stuck at the CUTTACK hub, while the 2nd package has been given a false tracking status. Since customer support is not responding to my messages, I require immediate assistance. @delhivery@help_delhivery@jagograhakjago
In 1997, this man was the ABVP National Secretary and was just about to join the Bharatiya Janata Party. There was a paper leak in Odisha and there was a major protest. This man participated in them. He was beaten by the police.
"We staged a protest against the Odisha government, in front of the secretariat. Around 1,500 students joined us there. While the protest was peaceful, the police charged against the activists. He was badly beaten up at that time. He had a few fractures too."
Who is he? Mr Dharmendra Pradhan. Imagine that Dharmendra Pradhan was protesting against paper leaks in 1997 and was beaten!
There is an amazing Indian Express article about him. Linked below. The irony? One of the interviewees says:
"under Pradhan's regime, the students will have more scope for dissent. "It is natural for students to be anti-establishment."
