@AndyMcKayHG Andy, great! The amazing coach of the U of A, Jerry Kindall, whom I met for the 1st time @ ABCA Conv,Chicago in 2000, just before I was gonna take on my first coaching assignment. He gave an advice, about the same. “Tony, you have to be yourself”. Stuck with me then and still is.

Still on my Mount Rushmore of advice for how to become a great coach or player. Figuring out who you are provides the clarity that leads to commitment and confidence. But it all begins with knowing who you are being comfortable in your own skin.

Congrats on the 61st to a great baseball player but even greater person. It was obvious when we met #AaronJudge with the HS seniors from the Sweden Academy. A humble friendly and kind professional baseball player on his way to the Major Leagues. Picture taken November 2016.

@JasonOchart Good luck with your next challenge whatever that may be. Hope to see you in Nashville.

If you have infielders who constantly get stuck or have dead feet. This might help. There is a little piece on rhythm and how to maintain it through the catch. #ShortstopU

After a Joe Ryan pick Alex Kirilloff runs hard at the runner. He finishes it off with a full arm fake to stop the runner & help him close the gap to make the tag. #rundowns

Eight reminders for pitchers. All of these are basic concepts but can be quickly forgotten in the stress of competition. Work to make these part of your pitching DNA.
