I am not a fan of pharmaceutical drugs.
I am not telling anyone else what to do here. However, I did a parasite, for liver flukes, as soon as I was diagnosed with cancer 14 1/2 years ago. As many as you already know I refused chemotherapy, radiotherapy, tamoxifen, Zoladex after reading three studies that stated if I did all of that including surgery, my survivor was 20% at two years and 0% at five years. I regretted the surgery but it was done and I knew it would have nothing to do with my survival. That I had to do on my own. I followed the full Gerson therapy for two years, the vitamin B12 protocolfor two years, high dose vitamin C for two years and Isidor/mistletoe injections for one year.
I remain alive and well and cancer free.
So what do I do now for parasite cleanse?
Ivermectin? No
Fenbendazole ? No
You take them if you wish. I personally do not. Choices are OK.

Here’s the uncomfortable truth they won't say out loud:

I keep seeing the same before-and-after with thiamine (b1).
An elderly patient, deep in dementia, given high-dose B1, and a month later they are lucid again.
It is not a miracle. It is the most predictable thing in the world once you understand what thiamine does in the brain.
Your brain runs almost entirely on glucose, and glucose only becomes usable energy if it can pass through one cellular gate called PDH. Thiamine is the cofactor that opens that gate.
Low thiamine severely impairs your fuel and energy. The most energy-hungry tissue you own is the first to take the hit.
When researchers measured the brains of Alzheimer's patients directly, PDH activity was down 41% and the next enzyme in the chain was down 57%. The size of that drop tracked how severe the dementia was (Bubber 2005, Ann Neurol).

So why does the blood test say "normal"? I mean none of these people are 'deficient' on thiamine, right?
No, blood is the wrong place to look.

Neuroscientists at Norwegian University scanned students' brains while they handwrote letters versus typing the same letters on a keyboard.
The results shattered decades of assumptions about how we process information.
Handwriting activated massive networks in the sensorimotor cortex, the visual processing centers, and the hippocampus simultaneously. Complex neural symphonies lit up across multiple brain regions, creating rich interconnected pathways between motor control, visual recognition, and memory formation.
Typing the same letters? The brain activity looked like someone had dimmed the lights across entire cognitive districts. The neural networks that flourished during handwriting simply went dark.
The difference?

Trees need to be shaken to build strong trunks. Raised in still air, they fail.
The mechanism is called thigmomorphogenesis: plants respond to mechanical stimulation by altering their growth. A tree that sways in wind grows shorter, wider, and produces denser wood than the same species grown in a greenhouse or behind a windbreak. The physical stress of bending triggers hormonal responses that thicken the cell walls and reorient the wood fibers. The trunk is essentially being stress-tested as it grows and responding by overbuilding in the stressed dimension.
Trees transplanted from nurseries where they were sheltered from wind often fail structurally in their first years in exposed conditions, not because they're sick, but because their wood was never asked to resist anything.

If you're going to have a lawn, make it red creeping thyme.
It barely needs water after the first year. It tops out around 2 to 3 inches and never needs mowing. It produces a carpet of magenta flowers in summer that bees and butterflies cover like a feeding station.
It smells like thyme when you walk on it, because it is thyme. It's the same genus as the culinary kind, and edible.
Deer won't eat it. Rabbits won't eat it. Grass is crowded out by it.
It's hardy in most of the US (zones 4 through 9), tolerates poor soil, and handles moderate foot traffic.
Honest caveat: creeping thyme isn't native to North America. But neither is your lawn.
Kentucky bluegrass is European. Bermuda grass is African. Every square foot of creeping thyme replacing turfgrass is net positive for pollinators, soil, and water use.
If you want a fully native ground cover, look into Pennsylvania sedge for shade, pussytoes or wild strawberry for sun, and moss phlox for rocky spots.
But if you're going to have a lawn, make it one that does something.
