I think every fall sport/coach/league should be making three plans right now:
1) you get full summer training block
2) you get 4 week training block
3) you begin first day of practice

When this whole ordeal ends, and it will end, the next time you catch yourself saying “i HAVE to go to practice” replace it with “I GET to go to practice.” This is all a great lesson for us to appreciate what we have, where we are and who we are with.
Home workouts are a great opportunity to work on your flexibility and mobility! This is one of my favorite hip mobility circuits and it works great as a warm up on lower body days. Perform 3-5 reps on each side.
