NEW: Stranger Things on Netflix starts wrapping up their series of 5 seasons by making one of the characters come out as gay.
In what USA Today is calling an “emotional climax,” Will Byers tells his friends that he doesn’t like girls.
Stranger Things is the most successful Netflix show of all time with 3,977,500,000 watch hours, according to IMDb.
Fans are now accusing them of ruining the entire series.
"But the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.'" Luke 2:10-11
Good News of Great Joy!
Merry Christmas everyone!
The Bethlehem manger wasn't random; it was prophetic.
A lot of folks don't realize that when the Bible talks about Jesus being laid in a manger, the Greek word for it is "phatne," which just means a feeding trough. In Bethlehem back then, these were often carved from stone.
What's really striking about this is the shepherds around there. They raised lambs specifically for Temple sacrifices. Right after birth, they'd check each lamb for any flaws and put the perfect ones in a manger to keep them safe from getting hurt, since only spotless lambs could be used in offerings to God.
So here comes the Lamb of God himself, placed in the exact spot where those sacrificial lambs were protected.
And who do the angels tell about his birth? Not rulers or religious leaders, but these shepherds, guys who knew all about sacrifice, blood, purity, and flawless lambs.
When the angels said, "You'll find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger" (Luke 2:12), it clicked for them right away.
This wasn't some ordinary child. He was the ultimate Lamb, the one who'd remove the world's sin. From day one, Jesus was set apart for sacrifice, not by people, but by God.
"Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world." (John 1:29)
*Jesus is the reason for the season.
Merry Christmas!

5:00 PM - Jesus laid in the tomb
“It is finished” - Jesus
He did this all for you and me.
Sunday is coming.
On Good Friday, we remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. This day inspires us to cherish kindness, compassion and always be large hearted. May the spirit of peace and togetherness always prevail.
Went to bed with a plan.
Thought I was ready.
My workout clothes by the door
Kids in bed (books read)
But things began to turn:
With only a couple hours of sleep
My alarm went off - I ignored it
Youngest didn’t sleep she coughed all night
Wife mad. (She needs her sleep)
We Woke up to 6 inches of snow
Got the kid to school
First day of school (for the oldest)
I Didn’t make it to the gym
Instead I shoveled the driveway
And got a home workout out in
Schedule is packed and the day is Full.
Now we have a sick kid.
The day goes on.
Things will constantly distract you from your goals, it’s up to you to pivot and make things happen.
It might not be ideal
But things needs to get done
Nothing is easy
Nothing is hard
It just is
PERSPECTIVE SHIFT
This is where gratitude kicks in
Realizing my problems are nothing compared to others.
Some would beg for my morning
Compared to their crap life.
I will pray for these people while
I wish you all of you the best day
I’ll keep moving without feeling sorry for myself.
My to do list will get done ✅
Just like this post.
“Jesus loves you”
“But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all.”
Isaiah 53:5-6
“We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are.”
Romans 3:22
If you’re married to a Michigan man, don’t bother with presents this holiday season.
There is nothing you can buy that will satisfy him more than this.

@trevormccue Trevor I appreciate you calling out the success of the coaches when it occurs. Many accounts I see bash and bash, as deserved. But, calling out the success, amid of all the frustrating failures, is refreshing!
