The tragic fire in #Goa claiming 26 innocent lives wasn’t just an accident — it was **murder by negligence**. Blocked fire exits, ignored safety orders, and an indifferent administration led to this catastrophe.

Here in **Mahagun Moderne, Noida**, we face the *same ticking time bomb*. Fire exits in Avalon & Betina towers are blocked. @noida_authority had **ordered sealing of shops**, but the order remains unimplemented — allegedly under pressure. Infact exits have been sealed to accommodate illegal shops.

Do we have to wait for another Goa to act?
Lives are at risk, yet accountability is missing.

Sandeep Chauhan’s tenure as AOA chief at Mahagun Moderne is marked by corruption, mismanagement, and abuse of power. For over 28 weeks, residents have been forced to protest every Sunday — our plight covered regularly in newspapers. Despite DM Noida’s intervention and DR/SDM’s letter for re-election, Chauhan and his group rushed to Allahabad High Court only to stall democracy and continue looting.

Crores of funds are spent without audit, IFMS refunds are denied, registries blocked, and maintenance charges arbitrarily hiked. Fire safety is ignored, common spaces illegally commercialized, and residents who raise their voice face threats, misbehavior, and even abuses against women — all documented and reported.

It is shameful that such a person still finds space next to senior authorities. Mahagun Moderne today is run like a mafia group, not a resident body. Madam, we are tired, frustrated, and running out of words. We humbly request your time to represent our case — your intervention is our only hope to restore safety, transparency, and democracy in our society.

🚨 Update from Mahagun Moderne, Noida 🚨

Recently, Noida Authority took action and demolished an illegal Mother Dairy booth that had been set up outside Gate 4 by the unauthorized AoA. In a shocking move, a new booth has now been installed right outside a resident's home—despite explicit disapproval by the CEO, Noida Authority. This is not just a violation of the law, but also a clear infringement on the privacy and dignity of the affected family.

Even worse, this booth has resulted in the destruction of green areas that residents value deeply. Such encroachments are absolutely unacceptable to us as law-abiding residents. We expect fairness, transparency, and adherence to rules—not arbitrary decisions that harm both our environment and our families' well-being.

Last evening, a large group of residents gathered to protest against the unauthorized installation. Over 100 people signed a petition demanding immediate removal of the booth and restoration of our green space. The residents stand united—these illegal acts will not be tolerated.

We urge Noida Authority to uphold the law and protect the interests of genuine residents!
