Some coaches have learned to adapt to the NIL and some will never be able to adapt. We have one that can’t. There are a lot of P4 coaches with lots of NIL that will be fired this year and coaches with NO money that will make the Big Dance. Treat it like a challenge not an excuse.

Question, who is the worst @UTEPMBB coach ever? BCG and Barbee were fantastic. Sadler won 27 & 21 games, went to the NIT & NCAA. Rabs won 23 games, won an NIT game , WAC coach of the year, & signed a 4 star player. @RodneyTerry could sell El Paso, the program, & recruit.
