Congratulations to our newest graduate Kylie Paul! She is moving on to grad school at UMass Amherst this fall. Very proud of her and all her accomplishments! She's also very creative.. she bedazzled her graduation cap with her fav protein, Grp94! π
We had a great time at the Midwest folding conference! @eskinner_ and Kylie did an excellent job presenting posters! Also ran into @J_Chathura_M, a former Miami Grad and enjoyed catching up. Thanks @ndbiochemist for the invitation to present and serve on the panel!
Another #MWFolding conference is in the books: our 17th!! π Record number of attendees: now >160! Thanks to all the presenters and participants β and massive shout-out to my lab, who do a lot to help pull this off! π Tail end of the poster session:
Great connecting with my protein folding peeps at #MWFolding today. A special shout-out to @MattooLab, @KravatsLab and @heedeokhonglab (not pictured) for serving as our inaugural Community Hour panelists. Invaluable perspectives on nurturing connectedness and career development!
@ndbiochemist Thanks again for the invitation Patricia! My students and I had a wonderful time. As always, great program! Many Thanks to you and Jacob for facilitating important discussions at the panel.
