I follow @NewsNation because of the journalists who make it what it is. Brian Entin, Markie Martin, and Nancy Loo, to name a few.

An organization is nothing without the people who make it whole.

With that said, an organization cannot truly be whole if it remains silent while its own employees are subjected to disgusting, repulsive attacks, vile hatred, and targeted homophobic slurs.

Brian Entin has responded publicly, yet the attacks continue.

In my opinion, an organization that values its employees should also be willing to stand beside them, unequivocally condemn this behavior, and use the power of its platform to amplify the message that this kind of targeted hatred is unacceptable.

Silence should not be the response when the very people who represent your organization are being relentlessly targeted. ✌️

That's exactly why Justice for Kelsey Fitzsimmons - Official Page was created in October: to provide a space run by people who actually know Kelsey and supported by her friends and family after many of those closest to her were removed from the original group.

We won't revisit that history here, but we do want to be clear: Kelsey's case and the Lindsay Clancy case are not the same and should not be conflated.
