@sweetchef8 @NiaUpenda That's not 100% true. On the beach, you can buy alcohol from a beach bar behind Jenk's and take it with you. In NYC, there are no more open container laws so you can buy drinks to go. It's entirely possible that this person was unaware of the alcohol policy.
