Don’t order @tacobell delivery through the app they use @DoorDash and you can never get a hold of anybody when you don’t receive your food, but they still like to charge your credit card

Save yourself the time and effort. Stay away from @ubereats it’s cheaper to order your food and pay for @lyft to take you back-and-forth.

Ridiculously @ubereats when I complained told me I could adjust the tip within the app as long as I did it within an hour of delivery. One I did adjust the tip to the order was actually never delivered to me so I guess I got fucked both ways.

Also @ubereats refused to adjust the tip on the driver that didn’t deliver my food. I originally tipped $15. I adjusted it in the app when they didn’t bring me my food to $0. Then an hour later the full tip got charged to my credit card.

I ordered food from @UberEats for lunch and they forgot some of the side dishes went to report it and they said it wasn’t worthy of a refund so I paid for food that I never got. I tried them again to order dinner for my family and look at my previous tweets.

Continuation of previous posts. Even if @ubereats offers you a trial membership stay away. Their service fees are way more than any other service and if you don’t receive your food, they do nothing to actually make it right.

Continuation of my previous- stay away from @ubereats they will let families go hungry but no true way to get your money refunded to you to go buy more food. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days and they will not re-deliver.

If you’re trying to get dinner for your family stay away from @ubereats I couldn’t feed my family tonight because I did not receive my order and they’re not willing to help. They still tipped the driver despite my efforts to stop it

Huge warning out to everybody! Stay away from @ubereats they are out for number one, which of course their company. I ordered dinner for my family and I received three out of my seven items. And I did not get refunded for those items.

@ubereats I am gonna blow you up on social media until I can get a hold of a person. I’ve sent three reports on the fact that I was delivered 10% of my order and you would only refund me 40%.
