@TfL Please teach your drivers so they know what a key card is. Many drivers don't know it's a travelcard even when you show them the gold card receipt plus plastic readers always very dirty!

@TfL Cannot belive I'm on a number 15 bus in London my key card plays up because plastic you touch is too dirty and to far away from reader, driver said what card you using he's never seen it before!
